I'd say we tend to be very cautious people with these kinds of things, and these are the reasons Ellie especially helped us: - From our very first meeting she did a great job of breaking down and educating us on the process, including for the market & locations we were interested in. We had some flexibility on location & are not from North Carolina, and the recommendations she gave for additional communities in the Triangle to check out were very good ones. - She is incredibly reliable, prompt to answer all communications with us & with all the other parties we worked with through the process. She has a great knack for anticipating needs and next steps proactively. - Finally, she is just a joy to work with! It was not easy to find the home we finally ended up with, but her positive & kind, yet practical attitude really made a difference. You can tell she is really invested in helping her clients find their best home. I would highly recommend Ellie for first-time homebuyers in the area, but would also encourage folks to check her out for any other realty needs you have.

She helped us find a rental in a completely daunting market. She did so in the first 2 days of her asking if she could help and gathering our needs. Better than that, she snagged one on the very first morning of it's listing, putting us first in line. We also used Ellie to sell our home. I have to say she promised the world, but delivered the stars. Her advice for pricing, timing, coming soon, marketing etc were fantastic! In a rougher market a virtual tour may have been a welcome addition, but even without it Ellie managed to blow our highest expectations out of the water. She presented all offers in an easy to digest grid view while highlighting strengths and weakness' of each along the way. She made a very competitive multi-offer scenario easy to navigate. When our first buyers fell through due to issues on their side, Ellie swooped back in again to get us another accepted offer within 3 days at over 98% of the original offer with absolutely no additional drama on our part. While I'm sure Ellie has a full life, you wouldn't know it by how quickly she responds. I felt like I was her only client as she always got back to us quickly and with a well researched answer!

We were moving to Raleigh, NC from New York City and due to time constraints and the lease we were under approaching expiration, we could only make to visits to Raleigh to hunt for a place. We got connected with Ellie and she showed us multiple properties during our 2 visits. She listened to us, she considered that we didn't know the are too well and she provided us guidance and we felt like we were able to trust her.
